Hello! I’m Stephanie Fallone and I’m a Registered Social Worker supporting individuals virtually, especially women during the perinatal period. After navigating my own postpartum journey I felt a strong pull toward supporting women through these complex life transitions.

Many of the women I work with come to me saying things like:

“I don’t feel like myself anymore.”

“I love my baby, but I feel so overwhelmed and anxious.”

“I’m exhausted, guilty, and just trying to hold it all together.”

If you’ve found yourself Googling things like “how to cope with mom rage” or “why do I feel so alone after having a baby,” or “how to manage anxiety as a mom” — you’re not alone. Motherhood can be life-changing — physically, emotionally, and relationally — and it’s okay to need support while navigating all of these changes.

You might be the one everyone leans on, yet struggle to prioritize your own well-being. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction to fit your unique needs.

I believe mental health isn’t about “fixing” yourself, but about feeling more aligned with the kind of life you want to live. Whether you’re adjusting to a new identity, navigating relationship shifts, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you move forward with more clarity, calm, and self-trust.

Above all, I want you to feel seen, safe, and supported. It would be an honour to walk alongside you as you take meaningful steps toward healing, balance, and a more grounded version of yourself. If this resonates, I welcome you to book a free 20-minute consultation to see if this feels like the right fit for you.
